Salary: NJC Grade E - £29,572 - £32,654 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 7 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and inspirational practitioner to work with and support a range of students, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Under an agreed system of supervision, the post holder will take a lead role within the school to support and manage pupils who are excluded from, or otherwise not working to, a normal timetable.

The post holder will be required to manage and ensure learning is enabled in the inclusion room whilst supporting positive behaviour. The hours required are 8.30am - 4pm on a Monday.

We have increased our links and collaboration with other schools from within Devon and across the country. A relational approach is at the heart of what we do as we believe this has a long-term impact on the success of all students from across our community.
